JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.
THEME: BLESSINGS IN THE MANNA.
Beloved, we begin our discussion by specifying that the Old Testament is the shadow of the New Testament. In other words, the Old Testament announced things to come in the New.
So to refer to what the Word of God reveals to us in the book of Exodus in chapter 16, it is that Israel, the people of GOD, during their stay in the desert, and after their murmurings, GOD sends Moses to tell them that he will feed them between the two evenings with meat, and will satisfy them with bread in the early morning and this is where the problem of the manna from heaven begins with Israel
And the Lord gave it to them daily (Matthew 6:11); recommending them to take only one omer per head and per family and this was preceded by the white frost: - symbol of the manna. But we will see later and in turn that the manna symbolizes the bread of heaven therefore Jesus Christ (John 6:32-35) In Isaiah 55:10-11, a parallel is made between what GOD says and which does not come out of his mouth without having accomplished his designs and the bread that is given to the one who eats it was simply to reveal that indeed it is in the manna of each day that are found the blessings that GOD sends for all his children. And for many Christians, they have to grind or pound that because of their murmurs (some have difficulty seeing these blessings because they murmur against GOD) and that is why we must be careful with our confessions (in our mouths).
In the same way, Christians must understand that GOD does not give money but rather the strength to acquire it (because to Caesar what is Caesar's, to GOD what is GOD's).
So, it must be clearly understood that it is in the manna that GOD renews his blessings daily and it is in the word of Christ that we take it.
Which obliges the Christian to read (collect) the word of Christ daily. As an illustration, when we eat food, we do not have to know what it contains and brings us, but our body will assimilate the nutrients contained in it, likewise, when we simply read, without seeking to understand (meditate), then the Holy Spirit will take charge of taking from this word read what is necessary.
In conclusion, Every Christian must know that it is in the reading of the word of Christ namely: from the gospels to the epistles and in an orderly manner that we come to receive by faith the blessings poured out by GOD in the manna for each day because each day is sufficient for its trouble and the next day always takes care of itself.
This is why GOD always renews his kindnesses each morning towards us because of Christ. Properly, we must do it early in the morning in the early morning between 00:00 and 06:00 of the day.
May the name of Jesus Christ be glorified in our lives!
Amen
