JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.
THEME: LIVING IN THE FULLNESS OF HEALING.
Beloved, the first condition to live and enjoy the fullness of healing is to be born again in Christ.
And now, to understand this theme and understand a certain number of things, we read in Psalm 92:13 that the righteous flourish like the palm tree, they rise like the cedar of Lebanon.
In other words,
When we speak of the righteous here it is about Christians but we put the emphasis on the cedar of Lebanon as mentioned in the passage above. So what we need to understand is that the cedar is a tree that lives a long time (more than 200 years) that has a good smell and that cannot be attacked by weevils and other insects, its roots go deep into the ground to draw the riches that nourish it. and GOD therefore compares the righteous to the cedar.
In other words also, we, as Christians are called to be prosperous and live a long time in full health and vigor and youth but on one condition, that of being planted in the house of the Lord that is to say the local assembly and this is how we prosper in the courts of the Lord (outside in our activities in general) (Psalm 92:14).
Moreover Isaiah 40:30-31, reveals that adolescents (unstable or poorly established Christians) grow tired and weary and young men stagger; but those who trust in the Lord renew their strength. They mount up with wings like eagles; they run and do not grow weary; they walk and do not faint.
It is therefore important to understand the meaning of the word: trust. In Hebrew, it means: cling. In other words, those who cling to the Lord walk in the footsteps of the Lord.
We are therefore called to be careful not to be uprooted by the enemy of our local assembly because it is from there that we draw our prosperity in Christ Jesus. Hence the concern to always remain in the presence of the Lord in the local assembly.
However, we must understand that we renew our strength when we are deeply attached to GOD. It is written to this effect in Psalm 104:16, that the trees of the Lord are satisfied, the cedars which he has planted and in verse 15 it is written that the wine that gladdens the heart of man, and makes more than oil to make his face shine, and the bread that sustains the heart of man; the wine here refers to the blood of Jesus and the bread, to his body and the oil symbolizes the Holy Spirit from where the holy supper.
So it is when we take the holy supper by looking at the bruised body of Jesus on the cross that we receive healing and likewise, when we drink his blood by seeing it by faith shed on the cross, then we receive the forgiveness of sins.
Luke 24:30-31 reveals to us that the eyes of those who were with Jesus Christ were opened when he broke the bread and gave it to the two disciples of Emmaus: this is the same and a revelation because when we break the bread we proclaim the death of Jesus until he comes with peace in our situation.
This is why we must always take the Holy Communion in the rules of the art and never separate ourselves from it because it is there that is hidden the secret of our rejuvenation in Jesus.
In conclusion, we must understand that GOD does not rejuvenate us only to live to our human desires but also so that we work for the expansion of the gospel in the world for the salvation of souls.
May the name of Jesus Christ be glorified in our lives! Amen
