THEME: HOW TO LIVE TOTAL HEALING?

Beloved, we specify that what was instituted in the Old Testament was the shadow of things to come but it is with Christ that the law was fulfilled (Colossians 2:16-17).

The second thing is that it is possible for any child of GOD to live in the fullness of GOD's blessings without measure because the blood of Jesus, the paschal lamb, was shed for our righteousness and his body underwent the punishment that allows us to receive his peace hence the sacrifice of his body and his blood in the new covenant (the new testament).

The proof is that the book of Exodus in its chapter 12, in its entirety presents us with blood as the sign of salvation since GOD had prescribed that blood be put on the lintels and doorposts of the houses of the Hebrews so that the angel of death would not strike. And the lamb thus sacrificed, its flesh had to be roasted and eaten with unleavened bread the same night: this already announced the Holy Communion (the sacrifice of the body and blood of Jesus).

What must therefore be understood is that to benefit from the total healing that the Holy Communion gives us as in the case of the Hebrews, GOD had given an ordinance namely:

- be circumcised in heart and,

- rid the house of leaven (our corporeal and inner being) and eat unleavened bread;

Today for us Christians, being circumcised in heart is being born again and leaven is hypocrisy in the hearts.

Moreover it is written in 1 Corinthians 11:27 and 29 that many Christians are weak or sick and others judged because they have taken unworthily (with hypocrisy in the heart) the body and blood of Christ.

This is the reason why we must always examine ourselves when we come to commune at the table of the Lord Jesus so as not to take it with leaven in our hearts like the Pharisees, that is to say hypocrisy: the fact of showing what we are not truly (Luke 12:1).

And we do it with good motivations knowing that Christ our Passover has already been sacrificed (John 1:29,1 Corinthians 5:7, Romans 2:29) and that it is the circumcision of the heart that is more important to be able to enjoy the benefits of the Holy Communion in its fullness and power.

Therefore, it is by the blood of Jesus that we are justified and it is by his flesh that we are saved from wrath that is why every Christian should regularly take the Holy Communion by examining himself before GOD and repenting of any hypocritical attitude that does not honor him in order to live in the fullness of the blessings attached to it (Romans 5:9-10).

In conclusion, let us remember that taking the Holy Communion worthily is not an option but a necessity for every Christian if we want to triumph from glory to glory with the Lord Jesus Christ in all things (sickness for healing, poverty for wealth, troubles for peace etc...).

May the name of Jesus Christ be glorified in our lives!
