JESUS CHRIST IS LORD

THEME: HOW TO FIND GOD IN YOUR SITUATION AND OBTAIN DELIVERANCE.

Beloved, in Joshua 1:8, the Lord recommends us to meditate on his word day and night and to keep it in our mouths to act faithfully according to all that is written there, because this is how we will have success and succeed in the situations that test our faith.

And Psalm 1:1-3 confirms it with these words: happy is the man who does not walk according to the advice of the wicked, who does not stand on the way of sinners, and who does not sit in the seat of mockers, but who finds his delight in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on it day and night! He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and whose foliage does not wither; whatever he does, he prospers.

To add to this, Proverbs 4:20-22 says: My son, pay attention to my words, and listen to my words. Let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the depths of your heart, for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.

The common point of these passages sufficiently demonstrates that GOD is love and that he always makes plans for us of success and not of failure; of happiness and peace and not of misfortune; and that reading his Word always brings us benefits, even if we do not understand it.

But, despite all this, many Christians often think that GOD is no longer with them when things are going badly or when a situation is going from bad to worse. Now, it is a mistake to think this way because GOD never abandons us and does not forsake us in all our situations.

This is why it is written: my righteous man will live by faith; but if he draws back, my soul has no pleasure in him. (Hebrews 10:38). This therefore calls on us to remain firm in faith because without it it is impossible for us to be pleasing to GOD. Now, the man of faith does not share the glory of God! And the works he does with faith glorify God or better, please Him.

This is the reason why we must not despair when things are not going well, because whatever our eyes see in a situation, GOD is present and wants to draw His glory from it.

So, it may happen that we do not see the physical manifestation of GOD in a situation but that does not mean that He is not there; he is indeed present in secret. We just have to believe him and keep the faith.

Moreover, the Lord can use an apparently bad situation to reveal himself and come to the aid of those who fear him in order to make his will and glory triumph. This was the case of Queen Esther, who became the wife of King Ahasuerus, against Haman and the Jewish people that GOD delivered through her, his servant (Esther chapters 2,3,4,5,7,8).

Let us therefore understand that GOD is faithful and that he always delivers with glory all those who serve him in the face of a difficult situation.

Likewise, we, children of GOD, must meditate a lot on the word of GOD in order to be filled by the Spirit and receive the wisdom of GOD in the face of a difficult situation. God may arrive late in your situation, but he is never late. Be patient and keep the faith!

Let us remain abundantly blessed in the name of Jesus Christ! Amen
