JESUS CHRIST IS LORD

THEME: FAITH THAT MOVES MOUNTAINS.

Beloved, today's teaching invites us to understand the importance of faith in the life of the Christian in the face of the problems he faces on a daily basis.

It is well known that without faith, it is impossible to please God. But what faith is it? Faith in God or the faith of God?

First of all, what are mountains? Mountains are the problems that Christians face. They are not physical or carnal things, because the Christian does not have to fight against flesh and blood.

Psalm 82:6 states: "I said: You are gods, you are all sons of the Most High." Aware of this quality, the Christian no longer has to speak of his problem/mountain to God, but he must speak directly to his problem. Being a god, the Christian walks with God at every moment and he must thus exercise the authority of God. Indeed, Jesus died for us so that we benefit from the authority of God.

And it is the faith of God, which consists in believing and speaking, which makes us triumph over the situations which afflict us.

To conclude, the Bible gives us examples of men who were of the same nature as us and who have achieved exploits thanks to the faith of God. This is the case of Joshua who had led the people of Israel to bring down the walls of Jericho with a simple cry on the 7th day, after having made 7 turns; or that of Elijah who, by a prayer of insistence (by speaking to the situation) made the rain fall.

Beloved, we must therefore believe what we say, speak much to the problem to be victorious, as Jesus did who cursed the fig tree, cf Mark 11:14 .

Let us therefore stop with self-justification, because God abhors it, but rather exercise the authority of God by the faith of God.

Let us remain abundantly blessed in the name of Jesus Christ!

Amen
