JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.
THEME: HOW TO PREPARE YOUR HEART TO NOT BACKSTROKE.
Beloved, the word of GOD instructs us in Proverbs 4:23 to guard our hearts above all else because that is where the sources of life come from.
In addition, GOD very often searches our hearts to reveal their state to us, a bit like the image of a prepared cake whose center is pricked to know if it is really cooked. And this allows us to know if we are ready or not to receive certain spiritual blessings. So if our hearts are bad, it is clear that we do not give off a good atmosphere conducive to the blessings of GOD. On the other hand, if they are good and well prepared then they are conducive to spiritual blessings because that is where we receive them (in our hearts = the middle).
To understand well, we must know that biblically the heart of man is compared to a land where we sow and very often the good seed is the word of GOD. So if we are Christians, then our hearts are lands that receive seeds and what we must know is that a seed grows when it finds a favorable land otherwise it remains unfruitful. If therefore the land receives bad seeds then it will produce bad fruits and similarly with good seeds for good fruits.
As proof, in 2 Chronicles 12:14, it is written that King Rehoboam, son of Solomon (King) did evil because he did not prepare his heart to seek the Lord. Which means that we often have failures in many aspects of our lives because our hearts are not often prepared or the motivations of our hearts are not good.
If for example, I come to a Christian assembly and in my heart I just resolve that I came to receive healing and leave then that is what will happen; another example, if a mother poorly prepares her daughter's heart for marriage by the words she sows in her heart then that is what will happen because it will have found a favorable soil; moreover I can persevere in a Christian ministry and follow bad reports on the servant of GOD, the right attitude wants me to keep my heart and my gaze on Jesus Christ knowing that it is my source of blessings without needing to leave: that is having a prepared heart.
So as Christians, we must always have the humility to recognize first that the problem is us and our hearts and humbly ask GOD in prayer to change our hearts (remove the bad seeds); it is we who need to change if we really desire by taking the resolution in our hearts.
So, let us cultivate our hearts in the face of situations and change from today and we will be abundantly blessed in every way in the presence of our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are blessed in the name of Jesus Christ.
